Three in one process

Starting from October 1, 2015, the "three in one" system was implemented nationwide. The so-called "three in one" refers to combining the business license, organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate applied for by enterprises in sequence into one document to improve market access efficiency.

Our company's legal representative in Shenzhen was registered in July 2014. This time, due to registering a US dollar account, the bank required us to switch licenses before opening an account. Although I felt confused before switching, I was delighted to handle the various conveniences and free fees after switching.

In summary, the initial digital certificate took the most time, taking a whole afternoon. Therefore, I will post here a guide to avoid other administrative department students taking the wrong path.

Only four steps are needed to complete it.

1、 Prepare two U-disks and plug them in, confirm that the status light is on. According to the principles of prudence and importance, two signatures, the company and the agent, are required when submitting a switch application. Therefore, two U-disks are needed here.

Our company is foreign-funded, and the legal representative is Japanese. I am using the Shenzhen Organization Digital Certificate. Companies with Organization Code Certificates usually have this certificate, so there is no need to apply for a legal representative U-shield. Companies without this certificate can apply for a U-shield at a bank, and we recommend state-owned banks such as ICBC and Bank of China.

Agent U shield. Generally, students who have online banking will have a U-shield, which can be used for signing within its validity period. The two U-disks held by our company are as follows.

2、 Download the driver, click http://app02.szaic.gov.cn/OnlineUser_WebUI/WebPages/Login.aspx Enter the website of the Market Supervision Administration, click on login, and three selection boxes will appear: "Personal Ordinary User Login", "Enterprise Ordinary User Login", and "Digital Certificate User Login". Please click on "Digital Certificate User Login", and a red line will appear saying "Certificate not found, please make sure to insert the certificate and install the driver". Click on "Driver Installation" below, as shown in Figure 1. Subsequently, drivers for various banks and digital certificates appeared, and everyone can choose the corresponding installation according to the certificates they hold. As shown in Figure 2.

PS. After installation, there may still be a phenomenon where certificates cannot be recognized. You need to go to the websites of various certificates to find customer service or call the service phone to inquire. I have encountered this several times and have always been enthusiastic about solving it. Because there are many inquiries now, everyone needs to be patient.

3、 Log in online and fill in relevant information.

When the certificate is successfully downloaded and logged in again, it will be in the state shown in Figure 3. Enter the password to log in, fill in the relevant information as required, and then print out the PDF file for signature. Attention: After printing the PDF and signing it with two U-disks, click on the submit button in the upper right corner. If there are no errors, the page will prompt successful.

It usually takes two working days to approve. As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

4、 Approved as qualified, on-site evidence collection.

The administrative service hall of each street office can collect evidence, and I went to Bao'an to collect it on my way. The Bao'an Joint Office Hall has been renamed as the Bao'an District Government Service Center, located on the first floor of the Bao'an Sports Center Complex, with a subway station named Honglang North.

Summary:

1. During the process of handling affairs, everyone may encounter various problems and difficulties. Don't worry, the government's website is now very user-friendly, and clicking on 'Frequently Asked Questions' basically provides the answers we want. If not, consult on QQ or WeChat official account, and waiting will not affect other work. It is not recommended to call the hotline 12315, as it is purely a waste of time. Not only is one feeling anxious, but they also cannot get in.

2. The official requirement is usually to use IE browser. It seems that my computer has not been upgraded to IE, but this time using 360 was quite smooth. PDF should use the latest version, otherwise signatures will not be processed.
